User Agreement

Welcome to this video-based language learning app. Please read this agreement before using the app. By using the app, you acknowledge that you understand the rules set out in this agreement regarding use of the service.

About the Service

This app provides a language learning experience built around short video content, including video playback, subtitle display, word and unit explanations, exercises, watch progress tracking, learning progress tracking, vocabulary sets or learning goal collections, and recommendations generated based on your learning state and content index.

The current MVP does not include user video uploads, external link handling, public content publishing, community features, paid subscriptions, advertising, or refunds. If any of these capabilities are added in the future, we will describe them in the product and in the relevant documentation.

Account and Use

You need an account to access certain features. Please keep your account credentials secure and do not share your account with others. Learning records, watch progress, exercise results, likes, saves, and feedback submissions made through your account may be attributed to that account.

You can manage your display name, date of birth, gender, academic or life stage, time zone, and other profile details within the app. Please do not submit illegal, infringing, identity-impersonating, or third-party sensitive content in your profile or feedback.

If you notice unusual account activity, content errors, or service issues, please contact us through the in-app feedback channel.

Learning Content and Copyright

The videos, subtitles, word explanations, learning units, exercises, and recommendations in this app are intended for personal learning use. Third-party videos, subtitles, or materials referenced in the app remain the property of their respective rights holders; this app provides them solely to support learning activities through supplementary display and practice experiences. You may not use content from this app to infringe copyright, circumvent access controls, scrape content in bulk, distribute content without authorization, or engage in any other improper use.

Some content, explanations, exercises, subtitle segmentation, recommendations, or assessments of learning progress may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not well-suited to your current level. They are intended as learning aids only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of exam results, academic advancement, professional qualifications, or any other outcomes.

Acceptable Use

By using this app, you agree not to:

• Engage in illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or service-disrupting behavior, or attempt to bypass security restrictions.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, backend systems, databases, or APIs.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or publicly distribute app content in bulk.
• Submit illegal, infringing, malicious, spam, or third-party sensitive content through the feedback channel.
• Use the app or its APIs to conduct stress tests, automated abuse, or actions that interfere with other users' normal use.

We may take necessary action based on the severity of a violation, including rate-limiting unusual requests, declining to process clearly inappropriate feedback, or suspending access to affected features where necessary.

Service Changes

This app is in an early MVP stage. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves, content is maintained, technical adjustments are made, or compliance requirements change. We may also update the Privacy Policy and User Agreement on the in-app legal document pages.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the core learning experience stable, but we do not guarantee that all features, content, recommendations, or data displays will remain unchanged at all times.

Disclaimer

This app is provided as-is. We will work to maintain service stability and content quality, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all learning content and recommendations will be fully accurate.

You should use this app according to your own learning goals and judgment. For service disruptions caused by network issues, device problems, third-party account services, changes in content sources, system maintenance, or other factors outside our control, we will make reasonable efforts to address them but cannot guarantee the recovery of all data or records.

Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement as the product changes or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will always be available on the in-app legal document pages. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may stop using the app.
